Returns and refunds
You can return anything unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
Email support@pepkitonline.store with your order number and which items you want to return. We will send you a return address and instructions.
The details
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of us receiving the return.
- Original shipping is refunded only when the return is our error.
Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage. You do not need to send a damaged item back unless we ask.
