Order information – your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We need this to take payment and deliver your order.
Payment information – card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Site usage – basic technical information such as pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to fix faults.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to handle returns and refunds, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the people who have to see it: our payment processor to take payment, and our delivery carrier to deliver your parcel. Both are bound to use it only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@pepkitonline.store.
