These terms apply to purchases made on this website.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Payment is taken when you place the order. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, and if we do we will contact you first and give you the choice to cancel.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Our returns terms are set out on the Returns & Refunds page and form part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
